1. The title of this song is a made up word using the kanji 絵- picture, painting and 夢- dream. I've always thought "Dreamscape" was a good made-up English equivalent.
2. Written lyrics say 感覚(kankaku)- "sense" sung lyrics say 恐怖(kyoufu)- "terror, phobia"
3. Writtten lyrics say 現在(genzai)-"now, present times" sung lyrics say 今(ima)- "now, this instant"
4. The word 切ない(setsunai) is written with a different kanji for the "setsuna" part- 刹那 meaning, "moment" or "instant". Setsunai itself means (emotionally) painful. Since the previous chorus said the smile was hakanai (ephemeral), it implies the smile was painfully sad because of it's momentary duration.
